Latino Appreciation Week Party

Our Latinos in Action group has been helping Diamond Fork celebrate Latino Appreciation Week. Today during E-time the LIA members put on a party for any and all students who wanted to attend. There were chips and salsa, face painting, and dance-dance. A BIG thanks to Senor Claybaugh and the LIA club for putting the party on.

Mountain Man Visits Diamond Fork

Mr. Evan's 7th grade classes had a special visitor. A real life mountain man came to show them what it takes to hunt, trap, and survive in the wild. Students saw many different varieties of animal skins, tools, and mountain man clothing. Thanks to Mr. Evans for making it happen!

Especially for Athletes Information Meeting

This Thursday, September 28th at 7 PM in the Diamond Fork cafeteria there will be an information meeting on Especially for Athletes. The meeting will give detailed information about what E4A is all about and how it can help students develop leadership skills to help lift and raise others. This meeting is for ALL interested parents and students, please join us!

Thanks to our amazing Character Ed class (headed by Mr. Buck) each one of our students will get to celebrate their birthday with a root beer float party this year. By celebrating 33 students per week, every one of our students will be recognized on their birthday. Students receive their own personal invitation, a root beer float, and "Happy Birthday" sung to them by the Character Ed class. It's great to be a Diamondback!

Captain's Academy

Last week four of our students who participate in our fall sports participated in the Nebo Fall Captain's Academy. Students learned lessons on teamwork, leadership, and many others. The academy is always a great opportunity for our students to become better.

Fun Times In the Library!

We have the BEST librarian in the whole world! Mrs. Olson is so amamzing! Look at all the fun things that happen in the library during extended time. Students are flocking to the library twice a day for a fun activity to help them re-focus and get through the day. Thanks Mrs. Olson for being so great! You make Diamond Fork a great place!
