Diamod Fork students were at it once again, answering the call to collect "S" items for Syrian refugees the past two weeks. More than 37 boxes were donated. These pictures show kids at the camp were these items will go. Thanks to our wonderful students and parental support, great things continue to happen here at Diamond Fork!
The National Jr. Honor Society is asking for your help. As many of you know, there are tens of thousands of refugees fleeing from countries where they are mistreated by their own governments. These people need our help with many of the basic necessities of life. We are going to be collecting items for the next 5 days. There is a collection box in the front office and one in Mrs. V. Gardner's room.
We would like to give a shout out to a few of our students; Stirling Maughan, Caleb Crawford, and Howard Crawford who won 3rd place last Friday in the Innovator of the Year competition at BYU. They designed a school locker organizer and competed against 30 teams. They won $400 and will split it three ways, way to go guys, you make Diamond Fork proud!
